A nondual practice for dropping who you think you are

Let go of your name, your story, your labels—just for a few minutes. This guided practice invites you to place everything you think you are into an imaginary black box, so you can touch the spacious awareness that’s always been underneath.

It isn’t realistic or even helpful to live without concepts. That idea is a common spiritual misunderstanding. But as we move through the day, with all its noise and complexity, we can return to that place beneath it all. Stillness and presence live there.
